DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery to UK mainland addresses normally takes 3-5 working days from receipt of your order by us. If item is out of stock we shall inform you and will advise by email how long delivery will take .
Products are delivered through Royal Mail Recorded and special Delivery. A signature is required on delivery of the product.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you are not and you wish to return or exchange something, you have 21 days from the date you receive your items.
So that we can handle your return efficiently please:
- Contact us first so that we know to expect your return
- Post it back to us by recorded delivery (we will refund this to you if the product is faulty in any way.)
- We will then refund you or exchange your items for you
